How it works, in short.
When is the money charged?
The first payment is taken right after sign-up, then monthly on the same day. You get an email about every charge.
How do I cancel or change the amount?
Every payment email has a “Manage subscription” link where you can pause, change the amount or cancel. It takes half a minute and needs no explanation.
Where exactly does the money go?
Payments land in Galas’s account in Poland. From there we close fundraisers for Ukrainian army units and fund community events in Kraków. Where each fundraiser went is on the Reports page.
Will I get a payment confirmation?
Yes, an email with the amount and date follows every charge. If you need a separate document for accounting, write to us and we will prepare one.
